Signing up for the WelcomeScreen app in simple steps to create a welcoming experience on your site. First things first, head over to the WelcomeScreen website. Once you're there, look for the "Sign Up" button and click on it to create your account. It’s quick and easy—just follow the prompts, and you’ll be ready to go! By signing up, you join a community of users who benefit from this innovative software solution.
After you sign up, you’ll be asked if you want to connect WelcomeScreen with your Property Management System (PMS). We highly recommend doing this because it helps WelcomeScreen automatically fetch your property and reservation details, making your setup a lot faster and easier. This seamless integration ensures that your clients receive the best service, making your operations more efficient and your schedule more manageable.
But don’t worry! If you don’t use a PMS, no problem—there’s an option to add your properties manually too.
If you're using a PMS, your property details will be pulled in automatically. If not, you can just add your properties manually—it's super simple, just fill the required details! This step is crucial for tailoring the software to fit your specific needs.
Now that your properties are set up, it’s time to choose a subscription plan. You can pick between an annual or monthly plan, depending on what works best for you and your customers. Once you make your choice, click on the plan that suits your business needs. This flexibility in scheduling payments makes it easier to manage your budget.
After choosing your plan, you’ll be taken to the payment page. You can easily pay with your credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or other payment options available. Just follow the instructions, and you’re almost done! This step is straightforward, ensuring a hassle-free experience for your company.
Once your payment is complete, you’ll be redirected to the properties screen. This is where you can manage and control everything related to your property and enhance your services. The dashboard is designed to be user-friendly, offering helpful tools to improve your operations and expand your knowledge about the app's capabilities.
On the properties screen, locate the property you wish to configure and click the Edit button. Adjust screen settings, choose display themes, and upload images to create a captivating visual presentation. Hosts can customize the details here like changing background image, adding logo and website details, updating Wi - Fi and contact details and so on. You can also choose to add near by attractions and events, but remember they are only available in the second layout. Configuration through this screen is what will allow you to create a truly amazing experience for your guests.
After customizing your property settings and in Step 7, there's already one connection added for you, so look for the OTP (One-Time Password) associated with this connection. You’ll need this code to finish setting up the app on your TV. This OTP is essential for linking your TV to the WelcomeScreen system, ensuring that the content you carefully created is displayed seamlessly, providing a personalized and engaging experience for your guests. If you want to link more TVs then you can click the + button and you will be provided with another OTP. You get 3 TV links per property.
