Integrating your WelcomeScreen account to Streamline is quick and easy, allowing you to sync your properties and reservations seamlessly. Just follow these steps to sync your Streamline account with WelcomeScreen:
Step 1: Sign up for WelcomeScreen account, If you have already registered, login in to your account.
Step 2: After signing up/logging in, you will be asked to Set up your account. You will have two options. One as “Sync Property Management System” and the other one as “Add properties manually”. Click on “Sync Property Management System”
Step 3: Before proceeding, please log in to your Streamline account in a new tab, as you need to generate Token Key and Token Secret in it
Step 4: Once logged in, from the Streamline admin > Main Menu, locate the third party integration menu. Under that click on Self Service Onboarding
Step 5: Locate WelcomeScreen in the list
Step 6: Once located, select Get Tokens. You will be provided a Token Key and Token Key Secret. You will need to copy it.
Step 7: Input your password to see and then Submit them.
Step 8: Return to WelcomeScreen, click on “ Sync Properties” and then select Streamline from the PMS list.
Step 9: After selecting Streamline, you will see a screen like the one below. Click on "Continue."
Step 10: Paste the Token Key and Token Secret which you had copied and click Submit to complete the connection.
Once the connection is established, you’ll be redirected to the WelcomeScreen app, where you can efficiently manage your properties through Streamline PMS.
