Transform your guest TV experience with WelcomeScreen

Download the official WelcomeScreen App on Samsung AppStore.

Follow these quick steps to set up your WelcomeScreen app on Samsung.

Step 1: Open Apps on your TV

Turn on your TV > click on Apps

Step 2: Navigate to the search

Go to the search icon in the top right corner

Step 3: Search for WelcomeScreen

Use the On-screen keyboard, type "WelcomeScreen".

Step 4: Install the app

Click Install to download and add it your TV

Step 5: OTP Prompt

When the app opens, it will prompt you to enter a 6-digit OTP

Step 6: Get OTP from Website

Visit welcomescreen.com and log into your account. If you don't have one, sign up and link your listings.

Step 7: Retrieve OTP from Dashboard

Navigate to Listings >Edit >Manage TV's > Click on "Add Tv App"> Name your Screen

To connect additional TVs, please generate a new OTP by clicking "Add New"

‍Step 8: Enter the OTP

Input the 6-digit OTP on your TV to complete setup and activate your WelcomeScreen
