Connecting your WelcomeScreen app with your OwnerRez account is quick and simple. Just follow the steps below to sync both systems, streamline your property management, and deliver a seamless experience for you and your guests
Step 1: Sign up for WelcomeScreen account, If you have already registered, login in to your account.
Step 2: After signing up/logging in, you will be asked to Set up your account. You will have two options. You can click on the “PMS Integration page” link shown in the highlighted section. This will redirect you to the PMS integration section, where you can automatically sync and import your listing details.
If you are not using a PMS, you can add a listing manually by entering the listing name under the listing column and then the listing address. Once done, click on “+ Add Listing”, and your listing will be added successfully.
You can add additional listings from the Listings tab by clicking on “+ Add Listing.”
Step 3: Click on “ Sync Properties” and then select OwnerRez from the PMS list.
Step 4: After selecting OwnerRez, you will see a screen like the one below. Click on "Continue."
Step 5: You’ll be asked to log in, and once successful, you’ll be prompted to authorize WelcomeScreen to connect with your OwnerRez account.
Step 6: Simply click on the Authorize WelcomeScreen button.
This action grants the WelcomeScreen app access to your OwnerRez account so that the two systems can sync with one another.
Once the connection is established, you’ll be redirected to the WelcomeScreen app, where you can efficiently manage your properties through OwnerRez PMS.
And that’s it takes! By following these simple steps, you’ve successfully connected the WelcomeScreen app to your OwnerRez account. Now, you can seamlessly manage your properties with greater ease, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both you and your guests.
